Two motorcycle events have been announced.
At 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, the Arkansas Fallen Riders Association (AFRA) Breakfast will be held at at Oakland Heights Baptist Church, 9620 U.S. 270, at White Hall. Participants should plan to ride after breakfast. “Weather should be good, but if it rains then the ride may be canceled,” a spokesman said. All riders are welcome, according to a news release.
At 1:15 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, ABATE D-20 (Arkansas Bikers Aiming Towards Education) will have lunch at the Delta Rivers Nature Center at Regional Park followed by a meeting at 2 p.m. “Thank you for helping us reach a membership goal. Be safe out there hope to see you soon,” a spokesman said.
