Area bankers will be among participants in the CEO Summit Luncheon and panel discussion, a program of the Central Arkansas Chapter of the Risk Management Association.
Panelists will include George A. Makris Jr., chairman and chief executive officer of Simmons First National Corp. of Pine Bluff.
The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, May 14, at the William J. Clinton Presidential Library Grand Hall at Little Rock. The session will feature a mixture of regional and community bank chief executive officers.
The 2015 Commercial Banker of the Year will also be announced. Finalists with Southeast Arkansas ties include Carole J. Smith with commercial lending, Simmons Bank-Little Rock; and Russ Martin with commercial lending, Relyance Bank-Little Rock.
