Mrs. Evelena Reese Gardner, 87, of Pine Bluff, Ark., passed Friday, June 19, 2015. She was born in Tarry, Ark., to the late Willie and Gracie (Scott) Reese Sr.
She leaves to cherish memories: four daughters, Pearl Clayton, Josephine Gardner and Linda Kay Smith, all of Pine Bluff, and Patricia A. Hicks of Bryant, Ark.; 19 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be at 11 a.m, Friday, June 26, 2015, at Union Baptist Church in Pine Bluff by the Rev. Leroy Spears. Interment will be in Forrest Lawn Cemetery by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
Her body will lie in repose from 10:15 a.m. until service time Friday
Visitation and family hour will be 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Brown Funeral Home.
