To apply for assistance, the person seeking food should bring a picture ID, Social Security numbers and dates of birth for all household members. If picking up for someone else, bring a note from that person with their Social Security number and the name of the person picking food up. Additional information may be required during the interview process. Failure to provide verification requested may result in delay or denial of assistance.
