Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Economic Opportunities Commission will end the LIHEAP Summer Regular assistance program Friday, Sept. 5.
Applications are accepted at EOC offices at Pine Bluff, 817 S. Cherry St.; Sheridan, 815 E. Center; Rison, 213 S. Main St.; Star City, 107 S. Drew St.; and Stuttgart, 425 S. Main St.
