The Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Economic Opportunities Commission Inc. will hold a public hearing to discuss the FY 2016-2018 Community Needs Assessment.
The meeting will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 28, at EOC offices, 1203 W. Pullen St.
