GRADY – Elsie Mae Bradshaw Stone, 84, of Grady, passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2015.
Born January 14, 1930 at Yorktown, she was a daughter of the late Otis Bradshaw and Arzel Lee Bradshaw.
Mrs. Stone was a homemaker and member of Grady First Baptist Church.
She was an avid reader and enjoyed socializing with her friends as a part of the Grady Supper Club.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, H.F. Stone, Jr.; and her sister, Lois Cresswell.
Mrs. Stone is survived by her son, Kenneth Stone and wife Rebecca; daughter, Judy Stone; three grandchildren, Joanna Johnson, Shane Stone and Blake Stone; three great-grandchildren, Kayla Stone, Peyton Stone and Benjamin Johnson; and many other loving family and friends.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Friday at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel
with Bro. Gary Cresswell and Bro. Raymond Reed officiating.
Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery near Yorktown.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home.
