The William Townsend Elks Lodge will sponsor its building fundraiser with a black and white party at 9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27. The doors will open at 7:30 p.m.
The event will feature the Billy Jones Bluez Band, a blend of blues intensity with urban soul, a spokesman said. Special guests will be the August Elks birthday members.
