Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

11 a.m. advanced exercise

11:45 a.m. lunch

10 a.m. devotional hour

11 a.m. Bible study

The lunch menu for the Strachota Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for the upcoming week is listed below:

Monday, Aug. 15

Sausage with peppers and onions, ranch beans, potato salad, hot dog buns, hot applesauce, mustard and milk.

Tuesday, Aug. 16

Spaghetti, chuck-wagon corn, tossed salad, Texas bread, hot sliced peaches, Italian dressing and milk.

Wednesday, Aug. 17

Baked chicken breast, chicken gravy, whipped potatoes, green beans, cornbread, fresh fruit and milk.

Thursday, Aug. 18

Roast beef with gravy, whipped potatoes, glazed carrots, dinner rolls, lemon cake and milk.

Friday, Aug. 19

Chicken salad, pasta salad, fruit cocktail, saltine crackers, chocolate chip cookie and milk.
