DUMAS — Edgar “Junior” Grant, 73 of Dumas, passed away February 5, 2012. He was born in Bearden, Ark. to the late Edgar P. and Lena Pate Grant. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church and was a farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Rose Grant; one son, Chris Grant and three daughters, Pam Findley, Nancy McTigrit and Sandra Waller all of Dumas. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation: Tuesday, February 7, 2012 from 6-8 p.m., Griffin Funeral Home Chapel. Service: Wednesday, February 8, 2012. Graveside, Tyro Cemetery, 2 p.m. officiated by Rev. Spencer Berry.
