The Dollarway School Board approved the hiring of summer school staff upon the recommendation of superintendent Bettye Dunn-Wright at a special called meeting Tuesday night.
The hires for Altheimer-Martin Elementary and James Matthews Elementary Schools include TaKyra Williams and Aranita Davis as first grade teachers; Andrew Roshell III as a second grade teacher; JoLinda Smith as a third grade teacher; Essie Robertson as a fourth grade teacher; Rhonda Lusk and Tyesha Uchendu as first grade paraprofessionals; Mary Johnson and Nellie Burnett as second, third and fourth grade paraprofessionals; and Elvis Robertson and Greg Cleveland as bus drivers.
Townsend Park Elementary hires include Bridget Neal, Tabitha Edwards and Antonette Marbley as second grade teachers; Phyllis Kendrick, Beverly Lewis, and Dianne Boyde-Emelife as third grade teachers; Sheena Smith as a fourth grade teacher; Freddie Harris as site coordinator; Koleshia Kennedy, Jacqueline Hamilton, Lonnie Knowlton and Michael Coates as paraprofessionals; and Dianne Fennell-Johnson as a bus driver.
Robert F. Morehead Middle School hires include certified staff Vernice Meadows, Gabriel Jackson, Joyce Wilkes, LaToya Chaney, Cicely Trice; and Virginia Jones as site coordinator; Shirley Barnes and Damiccah Robertson in the transitional program; LaTonya James, Acquanetta Burns, Tonja Nesby, Ella Evans and Antoine Walker as paraprofessionals; and Booker Mays as a bus driver.
Dollarway High School hires include certified staff Lakesha Foote, Brandon Murphy, Betty Turner, Charles Cunningham as a math teacher, Ridley Woolfolk in the Plato Lab, Latauna Perkins as a chemistry teacher, Jacklyn Scaife, Jada Jones and Willie Gulley; paraprofessionals Carmen Jones, Tresha James, Henry Jackson,, Matthew Price, Paula Raya, Martese Henry, Sheila Osadame and Kathy Kentle.
