Corey Jermaine Simmons was the son of the late Salone and Octavia Simmons
Born August 11, 1971. He attended the Watson Chapel Schools and was a member of the Armed Forces.
He leaves to cherish his memory one daughter, Courtney D. Simmons-Moore; two sons Corey Jermaine Simmons, Jr. and Jalen Hall ; one sister, Twila Brown; one nephew, Rodney James and three grandchildren Rilencia Moore, Rich Moore III and Christopher Dixon, Jr. , and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
