Political candidates who plan to announce their intentions in The Commercial should submit their announcement by email to pbcnews@pbcommercial.com, along with a recent picture.
The Commercial will run one announcement each day except Sundays at the bottom of Page 1 at no charge and will run the announcements in the order they are received.
Announcements will be edited for length (about 300 words), clarity and newspaper style.
No free announcements will be accepted or published after the filing period begins Nov. 2.
