The City of Pine Bluff Economic and Community Development Department will hold a public hearing to discuss the use of 2014 funding for community development block grant, home program funds, public housing capital grant funds, and emergency shelter block grant funds at 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, in City Council Chambers at 200 E. Eighth Ave. The public is invited and persons interested in making comments will be allowed to speak. The activities proposed for 2014 funding will be presented.
