Jefferson County Judge Dutch King said the county courthouse and related offices will be open at their regular time (8:30 a.m.) Wednesday after being closed Tuesday because of icy roads.
City of Pine Bluff offices will re-open Wednesday, Mayor Debe Hollingsworth said.
White Hall Mayor Noel Foster said White Hall city offices will open at 8 a.m. Wednesday.
The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff cancelled night classes Tuesday evening but announced that it would resume classes on Wednesday, according to the university spokeswoman.
Pine Bluff School District will be open Wednesday at regular scheduled times, the district announced on its official Twitter feed.
