DUMAS — Charles Alvin Brown, 81, of Dumas, Ark., died July 21, 2012, in Little Rock. He was born in Pampa, Texas to the late James and Bertha Ross Brown. His wife, one daughter, one brother and one sister preceded him in death. He is survived by one son, David Brown of Little Rock, Ark. and one daughter Kim Brown Elliott of Albuquerque, N.M.
