Charles Allen age 71, of Warren, AR. died Sunday, August 5th in Warren. He was born May 5th, 1941 in Plumberville. A son of the late James Dewey Allen and Arletha Evans Allen. He was a retired owner and operator of Allen’s Exxon for 40 plus years, co/owner of Betty Allen Farms. Funeral services 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 8th at Frazer’s Chapel.
