STAR CITY _ Chad Ray Gaddis, 30 of Star City died Wednesday. He was born August 1, 1985 in Little Rock to Robert Raymond Gaddis and Shirley Weast Gaddis. He was a member of Pine Hill Free Will Baptist Church and was a self-employed truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert and Eunice Gaddis.
Survivors include his wife, Amanda Gaddis of Star City; son, Chad Ray Gaddis, Jr, age 4 of Star City; daughter, Abigail Gaddis, age 6 of Star City; father, Raymond Gaddis of Wright; mother, Shirley Gaddis of Star City; brother, Brandon Weast of Star City; 2 sisters, April Bass of Sulphur Springs and Misty Lingo of Watson Chapel; maternal grandparents, Irvin and Helen Weast of Star City.
Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Griffin Funeral Chapel with Bro. Jonathan McEntire officiating. Visitation is 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial at Hickory Grove Cemetery.
