WILMAR — Cecil O. Bowen, age 81, of Wilmar died Saturday, May 12, 2012.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Bowen; two sons, David Bowen of Hot Springs Village and Ronnie Bowen of Dallas, Texas; two daughters, Patty Withers and Susie Strickland both of Monticello; three half-brothers Allen Bowen of Tuckerman, Sammy Bowen of Swifton and Kenny Bowen of Weiner; one sister, Wanda Jackson of Newport and one half-sister, Sharon Webb of Swifton; and three grandchildren.
Graveside service will be at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock on Wednesday at 1 p.m. with arrangements by Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home. Online guestbook.www.stephensondearman.com.
