Carl Edward Minton, age 75, of Pine Bluff, died Saturday, December 24, 2011.
Mr. Minton was born September 23, 1936 at England, Ark., a son of the late Jeff Minton and Mae Revels Minton. He spent his early life at England and Reydel. He was of the Pentecostal faith and a retired bricklayer.
Mr. Minton’s survivors include a brother, Billy Minton of Pine Bluff; three sisters, Corine Stringfellow, Evelyn Cochran, both of Pine Bluff, and Carolyn Handy of Rison; along with a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. At other times, the family will be at the Handy residence.
