Cane Creek State Park at Star City will host its final fishing derby of the year at 8 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 22. All participants should meet at the Visitors Information Center.
The derby is open to ages 15 and under with a three-fish limit. A prize will be awarded to the angler with the biggest string of fish caught. Details: Seth Boone, park interpreter, 870-628-4714.
