The Pine Bluff Small Business Association will host its 3rd Wednesday Luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 17 at Harbor Oaks Golf and Country Club at Regional Park.
The guest speaker will be Melvin Hines, director of athletics at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. The business spotlight will feature Jan Robinson of Uptown Salon and Boutique.
