Mrs. Billie Joyce Webb, 61, of Pine Bluff passed January 31, 2016. She was born in Little Rock, Ark. to James H. Smith, Sr. of Akron, Ohio and the late Gladys McLemore Hicks. She leave to cherish memories to one daughter, six brothers, six sisters and one grandchild.
Her Funeral Service will be 10 a.m., Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Greater Mt. Calvary MBC by Rev. R. L. Tisdale. Interment will be in Forrest Lawn Cemetery by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
Visitation will be Friday, 5-7 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home.
