RISON – Barbara Lowery Kelley, 81, of Rison, died Wednesday, January 14, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband, John E. Kelley and brother, Charles Lowery.
Survivors are three sons, Rodney Kelley, of Thomasville, Ga., Raymond Kelley of Pine Bluff, Gary Kelley of Rison; daughter, Norma Jean Ricketts of Murfreesboro, Illinois; sisters, Joan Ross of Lancaster, California, Marie Sala of Pine Bluff; thirteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
