Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Monday, Aug. 3

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. exercise

11 a.m. advanced aerobics

11:45 a.m. lunch

Tuesday, Aug. 4

9:30 a.m. American mahjong class

10 a.m. move with balance

11 a.m. paint class

11:45 a.m. lunch

Wednesday, Aug. 5

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. exercise

11 a.m. advanced aerobics

Thursday, Aug. 6

9:30 a.m. Bunco

10 a.m. move with balance

11 a.m. bean bag baseball

Meatballs with gravy, parslied rice, green beans, wheat bread, oatmeal cookie and milk.

Tuesday, Aug. 4

Chicken nuggets, corn, country tomatoes, roll, chocolate cake and milk.

Wednesday, Aug. 5

Turkey tetrazzini, purple hull peas, cabbage, wheat bread, fresh fruit and milk.

Thursday, Aug. 6

Chicken and sausage jambalaya, Northern beans, mixed greens, corn bread, banana pudding and milk.

Friday, Aug. 7

Glazed ham, Delmonico potatoes, glazed carrots, orange jello, milk and wheat bread.
