Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Monday

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. exercise

11 a.m. aerobics

11:45 a.m. lunch

Tuesday

10 a.m. move with balance

11 a.m. council meeting

11:45 a.m. lunch

Wednesday

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. move with balance

The lunch menu for the Strachota Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for the upcoming week is listed below:

Monday

Baked chicken breast, chicken gravy, parslied rice, green beans, wheat bread, chocolate pudding and milk.

Tuesday

Beef with onion gravy, whipped potatoes, parslied carrots, Texas bread, fresh fruit and milk.

Wednesday

Sliced turkey breast, Swiss cheese, macaroni salad, green pea salad, wheat bread, carnival cookie, mustard and milk.

Thursday

Glazed ham, chuckwagon corn, seasoned cabbage, cornbread, fresh banana and milk.

Friday

Baked chicken breast, barbecue sauce, cheesy shells, green peas, wheat bread, strawberry gelatin and milk.
