FAYETTEVILLE –Three Jefferson County students were recognized for academic achievement at the University of Arkansas during the Sam M. Walton College of Business 2012 awards banquet April 19.
Phillip Kosmitis of Pine Bluff, a finance major, was presented with the outstanding student in finance and senior scholar award for 2012. He graduated in 2008 from Little Rock Central High School.
Kerri Kizer of White Hall, a senior accounting and information systems major, was presented with the outstanding student in information systems award for 2012. She graduated in 2008 from St. Joseph Catholic High School.
Sarah Holtzen of Pine Bluff, a management major, was recognized for academic achievement and received the outstanding student in management award for 2012. She graduated in 2003 from Fayetteville High School.
