The Youth Advisory Council of the Pine Bluff Area Community Foundation will hold its organizational meeting from 4-5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18, at the Donald W. Reynolds Community Services Center, 211 W. Third Ave.
Organizers invite teens in 8th through 12th grades who want to make a positive difference in Pine Bluff through projects, fundraisers and educational opportunities.
