A $15,000 bond was set Tuesday for a man who allegedly fired shots at two men following a vehicle accident Oct. 4.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Tyrone Harris, 29, with two counts of committing a terroristic act.
According to a probable cause affidavit from Pine Bluff Police Department Detective Ryan Moheb, police were sent to the accident at 2:10 p.m. at West 33rd Avenue and Olive Street and reported that a vehicle was leaving the parking lot of the Big Red Convenience Store when it caused two other vehicles to collide.
Store security video showed two men beating a third man who managed to escape, went to his vehicle and retrieved a handgun, and fired shots at the other two men as they drove away in their vehicles.
The man who fired the shots was later identified as Harris, and police put out a be on the lookout notice, which appeared on social media, television and in The Commercial.

Moheb reported that Harris turned himself in on Thursday and when interviewed, he said he went to his vehicle, retrieved a MAC-10 handgun, and fired the shots at the other two males.
Harris also allegedly said he had a bag of marijuana in the vehicle at the time of the accident. According to the affidavit, the suspected marijuana weighed 8.8 grams.
Moheb also reported that Harris told police the gun was in the vehicle he had driven to the detective office in and police recovered it. A check of the serial number indicated that it had not been stolen.
Harris was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victims until the case is settled.
