STAR CITY – Mr. James Todd, 94, of Star City, Ark. passed July 16, 2016.
Funeral Service will be 2:30 p.m., Saturday, July 23, 2016, at Westside Baptist Church, Star City by Rev. Archie Dolls. Interment will be in Jones Cemetery by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
Visitation will be Friday, 3:30-6:30 p.m., at Brown Funeral Home.
The body will lie in-state Saturday, 1:45 p.m., until service.
