NORTH LITTLE ROCK – Mrs. Tonia Bell Hunter, 44, of North Little Rock passed July 3, 2016. She was born October 6, 1971 in Pine Bluff, daughter of Henrietta Gooseberry and Charles Bell.
Tonia attended Watson Chapel High School, graduating in 1991. She was a cheerleader and played basketball. She entered the military and later attended the University of Arkansas in Little Rock majoring in American Sign Languages. Tonia was a homemaker and she loved her husband, children and family.
Survivors include her husband, Earle Lee (Chief) Hunter, Jr. of Milwaukee, Wis.; one daughter, Jade Marae Hunter of Little Rock; one son, Dakota Lee Hunter of Little Rock; mother, Henrietta Gooseberry of Little Rock; father, Charles Bell of Milwaukee, Wisc.; three brothers, Larry Johnson, Christopher Johnson, and Roy Ford all of Little Rock, Ark.; grandmother, Ethel Lee Bell Wright of Milwaukee, Wisc.; and a host of uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 9, 2016 at Perry Funeral Home with Rev. Jeffery D. Holoman officiating.
