Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Monday

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. exercise

11 a.m. aerobics

11:45 a.m. lunch

Tuesday

10 a.m. move with balance

10:30 a.m. BP/BS

11:45 a.m. lunch

Wednesday

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. exercise

11 a.m. aerobics

Thursday

10 a.m. move with balance

11 a.m. beanbag baseball

Menus

The lunch menu for the Strachota Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for the upcoming week is listed below:

Monday

Baked chicken breast, lemon sauce, yellow rice, mixed vegetables, dinner roll, Mandarin oranges and milk.

Tuesday

Meatloaf, tomato gravy, whipped potatoes, Parmesan tomatoes, dinner roll, swirl strawberry pudding and milk.

Wednesday

Sliced ham, Swiss cheese, pasta salad, cucumber and tomato salad, wheat bread, peach half, mustard and milk.

Thursday

Turkey breast with gravy, mashed spiced yams, mixed greens, cornbread, oatmeal cookie and milk.

Friday

Meatballs with gravy, whipped potatoes, okra and tomatoes, dinner roll, fresh fruit and milk.
