STAR CITY – Betty Erwin Lee, 84, of Star City, died Saturday at JRMC in Pine Bluff. She was born March 12, 1931 in Lincoln County to the late Willie and Kathleen Ross Erwin.
She was a retired caseworker for Jefferson County DHS and a member of Star City First Assembly of God Church. She was also a member of the Naomi Fellowship.
Also preceding her in death was her husband, Arthur Otto Lee Jr.; granddaughter, Kyla Lee; sister, Hazel McGriff; and brothers-in-law, Wayne McGriff, George “G.R.” Hasley.
Survivors include her son, Randy Lee of Star City; sister, Gladys Hasley of Star City; grandchild, Chris (Sarah) Lee; great-grandchildren; Patricia and John Tanner Sedorra; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Star City First Assembly of God Church. Bro. Kenny Martin and Bro. Mike Howell will officiate. Burial will be in Drake Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Danny McTigrit, Olen Bates, Louis Cogbill, Thomas McGriff, Clay Johnson, David Pointer and Russell Crews.
