Frank Eason


CHICAGO, ILL. – Funeral services for Frank Charles Eason, 48, of Chicago, formerly of Sherrill, Ark., passed June 3, 2015 at St. James Hospital in Chicago will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday at New Salem Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Clark E. Thomas, pastor.

He was born April 16, 1967 in Sherrill, Ark., son of Clarence and Charlesetta Eason. He received his education from Altheimer HIgh School and attended Job Corp. He worked for Dearborn Wholesale for sixteen years and Fed-Ex for the rest of his work career.

He was preceded in death by one sister, two brothers, two nephews, grandparents, uncles and aunts.

Survivors include his parents, Clarence and Charlesetta S. Eason of Altheimer, Ark.; three daughters, Kierra Wilson, Kennedy Eason, Anya Eason; one son, Frank Charles Eason, Jr. all of Chicago, Ill.; four sisters, Carolyn Eason, Lorice (Ken) Wiggins both of Pine Bluff, Renna (Charles) Turner of Altheimer, Ark., Janet (Daryl) Davis of Chicago, Ill.; five brothers; Clarence (Carolyn) Eason, Jr., Donell (Minnie) Eason both of Pine Bluff, Ark., Tony Eason of Altheimer, Ark., Larry (Margaret) Eason of Little Rock, Ark., Kermit Ray Eason of Omaha, Neb.; two stepdaughters, Bennisha James and Michelle Phipps; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and a special friend, Amy Wilson.

Visitation will be held Saturday, 10 a.m. at New Salem Missionary Baptist Church until time of funeral.

Burial will be in New Salem Cemetery in Sherrill, Ark.
