Mrs. Sheila Haltiwanger 52, of Pine Bluff, died April 4, 2015. She was born June 1, 1962 to the late Tommy Lee Carter, Sr. and Marie Jackson Carter in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
Survivors her husband Wilson Haltiwanger, children Nathaniel Carter, Robert Carter, Germaine Toney, Joseph Haltiwanger; Cassandra Toney and Santina Haltiwanger; step children Mark Haltiwanger and Angie (Rev. Melvin) Gray; siblings Tommy (Tymae) Carter Jr., Angela (Eddie) Price, and Rose Carter; 14 grandchildren and host of other family and friends.
Her funeral service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, April 18, 2015, at Christian Way Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gabriel Jackson officiating. The body will lie in state from 9:30 am until time of service. Burial will follow in Shiloh Church Cemetery by Christian Way Funeral Home.
