Margaret Perry


Evangelist Margaret Perry transitioned into an everlasting peaceful rest, Sunday, February 20, 2015.

She was born May 12, 1931 to the late Mr. and Mrs. James and Leaoter Perry in Eudora, Ark.

As a young woman, Margaret attended beauty school in Pine Bluff, and received her CNA certificate at Delta Career College.

She used her entrepreneurial skills to open and own her fish market and restaurant.

She was a member of the All Nations Tabernacle Church of God where she remained a faithful member until she fell ill and moved to Kansas City, Kan.

Margaret was preceded in death by her daughter Shirley, two sisters, Deaster Hill and Earlene Gladney; two brothers, C.B. Johnson and Ross L. Perry; son-in-law Kenneth Harryman, and grandson-in-law David P. Lardinois.

She is survived by six sons, Stanley R. Williams (Diana), Donald J. Williams (Karen) Kenneth W. Pace (Patricia),Cedric E. Pace, Michael D. Pace, Vincent M. Pace (Monica); six daughters, Betty A. Morris(Carl), Jessie-Pearl Jackson (Herman), Denise Williams (Eddie),Vanessa Johnson, Felisha (Kenneth) Harryman, Carolyn L. Miller (Blumesa); siblings, Jessie Mae Jones, Reverend Vera Jean Littleton-Williams (George) and Berlin V. Smart.

Funeral services will be Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 11 am. . at the Grace Evangelical Baptist Church with the Reverend Eddie Williams, Eulogist and the Reverend Jessie-Pearl Jackson, officiating. Interment will be at the Forest Lawn cemetery. Services entrusted to the P.K. Miller Mortuary.

Visitation is from 5-7 p.m. at The Grace Evangelical Baptist Church , Friday.

Mrs. Perry will lie in repose on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of service, at the church.
