Senior schedule

Activities planned Monday through Friday at the Strachota Senior Center, 801 E. Eighth Ave.

Monday

Coffee, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey, low-impact exercise, video exercise and lunch.

Tuesday

Coffee, dominoes, paint therapy and lunch.

Wednesday

Coffee, dominoes, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey, low-impact exercise, video exercise and lunch.

Thursday

Coffee, dominoes and lunch

Friday

Coffee, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey, low-impact exercise, video exercise and lunch.

Various exercise equipment is free for use by senior citizens at the Strachota Center, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Additional information about the activities at the Strachota Center is available by calling 543-6323.

Beef stroganoff, cream-style corn, green beans, wheat bread, cinnamon sugar cookie and milk.

Tuesday

Smoked sausage, cheesy rice, ranch beans, hot dog bun, sliced peaches, mayonnaise or mustard and milk.

Wednesday

Chicken and dressing, whipped potatoes, parslied carrots, dinner roll, strawberry gelatin, cranberry sauce and milk.

Thursday

Smothered meatballs, field peas, mixed vegetables, wheat bread, glazed fruit and milk.

Friday

Italian beef macaroni, chuck wagon corn, herbed green beans, white bread, banana pudding and milk.
