Sophia Ann Murphy, of Pine Bluff,Arkansas departed this life ,January 10,2015, in White Hall,
Arkansas.
She was born January 17, 1923,in Grady,Arkansas, to the late Garfield and Rachael Murphy.
She was a homemaker and faithful member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Grady,Arkansas.
She leaves to cherish her memories three sons:Seth(Lillie) Euring of Detroit,Michigan,Odis(Charlotte) Murphy of Flint, Michigan and Terry(Lynn) Murphy, of Pine Bluff,Arkansas;three daughters: Barbara Payne of Mt. Morris, Michigan, Earlean Collins and Doris(Raymond) Martin both of Pine Bluff,Arkansas;fifteen grandchildren,thirty-five great-grandchildren,and thirteen great,great-grandchildren.
Visitation is Friday, at the P.K.Miller Mortuary, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church,with the Reverend Johnny L. Williams, officiating. Interment will be at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
Ms. Murphy will lie in repose at the church from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service.
