TULSA, OKLA. – Mr. Robert Howard Denson 67, of Tulsa, Oklahoma formerly of Pine Bluff, Arkansas passed away on December 4, 2014. He was born April 23, 1947 to the late Alfonso Denson and Geneva (Hunt) Denson.
Robert worked as an Engineer with the Tulsa Oklahoma Highway Department from which he retired.
Survivors include his son; Kevin (Nicole) Denson. Brothers- Alfonso (Kate) Denson, Donald Denson, Ronald (Frankie) Denson and Oscar (Darlene) Denson. Sisters- Frances Ray, Ophelia Davis and Genette (Willie) Irby. 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Greater Ward Chapel AME Church by Pastor Sandra Boone. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens by Christian Way Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday, December 12, 2014 from 4-6 p.m. at the funeral home. The body will lie in state from 1:45 p.m. until service time.
