MAUMELLE – Reverend Wilbert Gray, 65 of Maumelle, Arkansas passed away Monday December 1, 2014 in John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He was born February 23, 1949 in Chatfield, Arkansas to the late Fred and Josephine Gray.
Preceding him in death were two sisters, Ollie Parker and Sara Bettison; two brothers, Fred Gray Jr. and Robert Gray.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanie Gray, and five children, Niki Gray- White (John), Shaketa Burton (Kenneth Sr.), Sonya Brooks (Ronald Sr.), Yolonda Evans and Lawrence Anderson Jr.
Fond memories are left to his siblings, Cora Weatherly, Emma Jones, Andrew Gray (Ann), Dorotha Adams (Eddie), Lula Searcy, Hubert Gray (Charlene), Jeanette Cooper (Samuel), Varnette Bruce (Lee); thirteen grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday December 9, 2014 at Bethel AME Church in North Little Rock, AR Bishop Samuel Green Sr. Eulogist.
Interment will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the Arkansas Veterans Cemetery, North Little Rock, AR.
