WHITE HALL – Mr. Tommie Carter Sr., 77 of White Hall, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2014. He was born July 25, 1937 to the late William Carter and Mattie Webster Carter.
Survivors include his daughters ? Rose Carter, Shelia (Wilson) Halterwagner, and Angela (Eddie) Price. Sons: Tommie (Tymae) Carter Jr, and Kenneth (Loretta) Carpenter, whom preceded him in death. Brother: Columbus Carter. Grandchildren: 28. Great-grandchildren: 59. Great-great grandchildren: four.
Funeral Services will be 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Kingdom Builders Outreach COGIC. Burial will be at Shiloh Cemetery in Shiloh, Arkansas by Christian Way Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday, October 10, 2014 from 4-6 p.m. at the funeral home.
