Activities planned Monday through Friday at the Strachota Senior Center, formerly the Bradshaw Senior Citizens Center, 801 E. Eighth Ave.

Monday

Coffee, low-impact exercise, video exercise, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch

Tuesday

Coffee, PEPPI (low-impact/balancing), blood pressure and blood sugar checks and lunch

Wednesday

Coffee, low-impact exercise, video exercise, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch

Thursday

Coffee, dominoes, PEPPI (low-impact/balancing) and lunch

Friday

Coffee, low-impact exercise, video exercise, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch.

Various exercise equipment is free for use by senior citizens at the Strachota Center, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Additional information about the activities at the Strachota center is available by calling 870-543-6323.

Monday

Home-style chicken with rice, whole kernel corn, green beans, wheat bread, peanut butter cookie and milk

Tuesday

Sausage with peppers and onions, Delmonico potatoes, baked beans, hot dog bun, carnival cookie, mustard and milk

Wednesday

Salisbury steak, brown gravy, parslied rice, turnip greens, cornbread, fresh orange and milk

Thursday

Chicken dumplings, green peas with red peppers, parslied carrots, white bread, cinnamon sugar cookie and milk

Friday

Sliced turkey breast, Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato, pasta salad, wheat bread, chocolate chip cookie, mustard and milk
