Elder Otis Cunningham, 58, of Fort Smith died Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Sparks Medical Center.
Born April 02, 1954 in Lake Village, he was the son of the late Willie Lee and Beatrice Cunningham, Sr.
Survivors include one son, Cornelious Cunningham of McGehee; one brother, Willie Lee Cunningham, Jr., of McGehee and five grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 03, 2012 at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Rohwer with Elder Alton Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery by Brown Funeral Home of Dumas.
The body will lie in state at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
