MONTICELLO — Mr. Charlie R. Powell, 83 of Monticello, Ark., formally of Dumas died Sunday, March 4, 2012 at The Woods Nursing Facilities in Monticello. He was born in Winchester, Ark. to the late Earnest and Mary Smith Powell.
Visitiation will be from 3-6 p.m., Friday, March 9, 2012 at Serenity Gardens. Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Watson District Headquarters in Mitchellville, Arkansas. The burial will be in Jerusalem Cemetery in the Backgate Community. Eld. Timothy Jones will be officiating the services. Arrangements by Serenity Gardens Funeral Services.
