Billie Frances Rogers, 72, of Pine Bluff, Ark., died Thursday, February 9, 2012 at St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock.
She had worked for the City of Pine Bluff in the City Collector’s office before retiring in 1990.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Lee “Dub” Rogers and her parents.
Survivors include daughters, Glenda Pierce (Robert), Pine Bluff, Brenda Pasterniak (David), Ft. Worth, Texas; son, Keith Rogers, Pine Bluff.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Monday, February 13, 2012 at Robinson’s and 10-11 a.m., Tuesday at Mt. Patrick Church in Bernice, La.
Graveside service will be 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 14, 2012, at Mt. Patrick Cemetery, Bernice, La.
