The Youth Advisory Council of the Pine Bluff Area Community Foundation will hold its organizational meeting 4:30-5:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19, at the Donald W. Reynolds Community Services Center, 211 W. Third Ave. The presenter will be Rhonna Wade, statewide outreach director for the Arkansas Community Foundation.
Organizers invite students in 8th through 12th grades throughout Jefferson County who are interested in learning about philanthropy, fund development, grant making, community service and scholarship applications.
