The Youth Advisory Council of the Pine Bluff Area Community Foundation will meet from 4-5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15, at the Donald W. Reynolds Community Services Center, 211 W. Third Ave. Officers will be elected for the 2018-2019 school year.
