The Pine Bluff Regional Chamber of Commerce, 510 Main St., will host a business etiquette and soft skills workshop from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 30. The cost is $5 for members and $15 for non-members. Seating is limited to 35 individuals.
The workshop will focus on essential skills that professionals need to distinguish themselves and make a positive impact in their work and social lives.
Topics will include first impressions, dressing for success, greetings and introductions, grooming (appearance and attitude,) effective communication (process, types and styles,) social etiquettes, telephone handling and email writing and etiquettes.Details: 535-0110.
