The Pine Bluff Regional Chamber of Commerce announced the 10 local women who will be honored during the International Women’s Day Event. The honorees were named for making an impact in their professional fields and community.
The event will be held April 2 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the ARTSpace on Main in the Kline Family Foundation gallery, 623 S. Main St.
The honorees and categories are:
Leigh Anna Robinson, M.D., Jefferson Regional Medical Center; Woman in Health Care.

LaTasha Randle, FBT Bank & Mortgage; Woman in Finance/Banking.

Jennifer Barbaree, Ed.D., Pine Bluff School District; Woman in Education.
Vickey Davis, Central Moloney LLC; Woman in Manufacturing.
Carla M. Martin, J.D., University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff; Woman in Non-Profit and Community Leadership.
Barbara Dunn, Pine Bluff Convention Center; Woman in Hospitality.
Chrisanthia Kendrick, Pine Bluff Police Department; Woman in Public Service.

“It’s important to honor and recognize the strong women who are making an impact in their own fields in our community,” said Pine Bluff Chamber Director Jennifer Kline. “Women are gaining so much momentum in the workforce; this event acknowledges and celebrates that, and we want to show our community, our daughters and the world that women can accomplish whatever they set their minds to.”
The attire for the event is trendy. The program will feature heavy hors d’oeuvres, drinks sponsored by MK Distributors Inc. and live music.
