The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff College Chapter of the Pine Bluff NAACP will sponsor the Women in NAACP (WIN) Banquet.
The event will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, March 11, at the fellowship hall of Mt. Harmony Baptist Church, 812 E. Harding Ave. The keynote speaker will be Wanda V. Neal, president of the Pine Bluff Branch NAACP.
